Covenants & Bylaws
At the April 15th, 2024 meeting, the Board approved revisions to the building procedures & guidelines. Revisions were made to better ensure guidelines align to the current IBC used by the state of Montana.

​Member homeowners must submit plans and obtain PRIOR approval from SMSC Board of Directors prior to any construction or building on the property. This includes but is not limited to fences, outbuildings, additions, sheds, etc. Careful review of these documents are necessary . Please submit plans via email to saddlemountainpresident@gmail.com.
